CRT - Chairman´s Round Table
The purpose of the Chairman's Round Table is to facilitate the exchange of expert knowledge and successful business practices across Bertelsmann divisions.
In a series of 3 meetings, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the success factors of Bertelsmann's divisions than any external expert could provide.
Chairman's Roundtable also offers a high level of visibility to top management.
Goals and Content
- Overview of current businesses and future perspectives of the Bertelsmann group
- Identification of best practice und drivers for success in Bertelsmann‘s businesses
- Establishing a cross divisional and international network with peers (horizontal) and Bertelsmann Top Management (vertical)
Methods
- 3 meetings 12 months located at representative Bertelsmann companies
- Exclusive information from the Bertelsmann Top Management on current business topics
- High level of participation and interaction with participants
- In depth workshops for the further development of selected businesses in cooperation with the local management
Target Group
- 25 participants with excellent performance and a high level of competence, nominated by the divisional heads of HR
- Leadership experience
- Clear potential for taking over a general management role
