MNC 2.0 - Mastering New Challenges 2.0
Mastering New Challenges (MNC) 2.0 is designed in co-operation with Harvard Business school and held on the HBS Campus in Boston (USA). The new program tackles the challenges of a modern marketplace in which growth is vital and the need to change is the only constant.
Our goal is to provide Bertelsmann top executives with actionable knowlege in leadership, strategy, consumer behavior and technology, and how these can fuel growth and entrepreneurship at Bertelsmann.
In order to provide an intense and interactive program, the number of participants is limited to 45 executives.
Goals and Content
- Personalized management development in alignment with the objectives of the organization
- Actionable knowledge in entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity
- Background knowledge in leadership, consumer behavior and technology
To achieve those objectives we will utilize a variety of learning methods, including case studies, lectures, group work, and exercises.

Target Group
MNC is targeted toward Group executives in positions of considerable responsibility (e.g. key profit center directors, executive directors, vice-presidents or managing directors). Limited to 45 participants, Group affiliation of five to 15 years is required.
Nomination for participation in Bertelsmann University programming is made by the personnel manager of the individual Bertelsmann divisions.
