Bertelsmann Orientation Day
The Orientation Day provides highly talented employees who recently joined Bertelsmann with detailed information on the group. Using a combination of lectures and group work, participants learn about the history of Bertelsmann, its culture and values, as well as about the business challenges of the various Bertelsmann divisions. A fireside chat with a Bertelsmann senior executive provides participants with a unique opportunity to learn about careers at Bertelsmann. The Orientation Day also enables participants to build and extend their network across divisions and countries.
