PFO Preparing For Opportunities
Preparing for Opportunities is Bertelsmann University's high potential program. It offers a combination of lectures, case studies and group work, delivered by INSEAD's leading experts. Topics covered comprise strategy, finance and organizational behavior. PFO also includes a two day outdoor ‘team building’ exercise. During the course of this intense one week course, participants will also have the opportunity to discuss strategy topics with a member of the Group’s Executive Board.

- Build and strengthen cohesive team spirit among peers
- Raise awareness of social capital and corporate governance issues
- Raise awareness of own personality and group dynamics
- Build relationships for personal and business development

Target Group
PFO may be considered by prospective executives with their first corporate responsibilities and affiliation with the Group for at least three years. Only a limited number of 35 participants may enter the program.
