Bertelsmann University offers regional Leadership Programs in Germany, UK, the U.S., Spain, France and China. These programs are based on a joint understanding of the Bertelsmann culture and the collaborative leadership concept.
The Leadership Program China is custom-tailored to the regional culture and the Bertelsmann China businesses. The program is conducted in Chinese.

Target Group:
The program is aimed at Bertelsmann managers who already have leadership experience and who would like to further develop their leadership abilities.
Ideally, participants who will go through all the 3 modules should be in Bertelsmann employment more than 12 months.

Format:
The program consists of 3 three day modules over the course of 10 months. Each module focuses on a different aspect of leadership: The Individual, Team and Organization with the core of Entrepreneurship.

Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to optimize their personal skills, increase their ability to lead high performing teams and to successfully navigate and influence the dynamics of their organization. The program is also designed to give participants the opportunity to exchange their knowledge, experience and life cases with their peers from other Bertelsmann China companies and build their networks for personal and professional development within Bertelsmann.
