Bertelsmann University offers regional Leadership Programs in Germany, UK, the U.S., Spain, France and China.  These programs are based on a joint understanding of the Bertelsmann culture and the collaborative leadership concept.
The Leadership Programme UK is custom-tailored to the regional culture and the Bertelsmann UK businesses. Our program in the UK is run in cooperation with Cranfield School of Management (ranked #1 in the UK  for Customized Executive Development). The program is conducted in local language.

Target Group:
The programme is aimed at Bertelsmann executives who already have leadership experience and who would like to further develop their leadership abilities. (one or two levels below Managing Director)

Format:
The programme consists of 3 three day modules over the course of 10 months. Each module focuses on a different aspect of leadership: You as a Leader, Leading Teams for Innovation and Performance, Leading in the Organization.

Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to optimize their personal skills, increase their ability to lead high performing teams and to successfully navigate and influence the dynamics of their organization, using their own real life cases to practice. Read more...
