Leadership Program USA
Bertelsmann University offers regional Leadership Programs in Germany, UK, the U.S., Spain, France and China. These programs are based on a joint understanding of the Bertelsmann culture and the collaborative leadership concept.
The Leadership Program US is custom-tailored to the regional culture and the Bertelsmann US businesses. The program is conducted in local language.
Target Group:
The program is aimed at Bertelsmann executives who already have leadership experience and who would like to further develop their leadership abilities. (one or two levels below Managing Director)
Format:
The program consists of 2 three-day modules over the course of 6-8 months surrounded by individual coaching sessions for each participant. Each module focuses on a different aspect of leadership: The Individual, Team.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to optimize their personal skills, increase their ability to lead high performing teams and to successfully navigate and influence the dynamics of their organization, using their own real life cases to practice.
