Module II - Team
Content
The Leadership Program's second module addresses themes regarding the team. In various situations throughout the three day seminar, participants will find themselves as part of a team. Reflecting on these experiences and observations and comparing these to their own day-to-day team situations, participants gain new insights and develop new ways to optimize the leadership of their own teams (e.g. solutions for specific challenges they are presently facing). Additionally, participants learn about basic concepts of coaching that can be directly applied in the workplace.
In the second module participants address questions and themes such as:
- What is a team and how does it develop?
- What are typical group and team dynamics?
- Which structures and roles are often found in groups?
- What are the critical requirements for successful teamwork?
- How do I direct a team? - How do I direct my team?
- How do I develop the talent within my team?
- How do I coach for better performance?

Fundamentally, we do not see the trainer as a 'teacher' with superior knowledge, but instead as someone who facilitates and supports. Their primary expertise is in shaping learning processes. Coaches will adjust to the needs of the individual and/or group to ensure the best outcome for all.
In order to support the learning success back in daily business life and strengthen the link between the two modules, there is the possibility to interact with the coaches on an individual basis. Prior to the start of the program participants will have a first contact and exchange with the trainer about their ideas and goals regarding the program. After each module participants will have the chance to get a personal coaching session (on-site or via phone) with one of the trainers in order to deepen their learnings from the program or to discuss current leadership challenges in their daily business.
