Bertelsmann University offers executives business and leadership programs in various regions. These programs are developed specifically for the individual countries in cooperation with HR specialists on site. Close contact with HR specialists and executives ensures that the programs are continuously adapted to current requirements. 
Local trainers and institutes conduct the programs in the respective national language, tailoring them to unique features in the regional culture while at the same time adhering to a basic overall concept valid for all countries.
Bertelsmann University was founded on the idea of using these programs to provide executives and decision-makers from various corporate divisions with the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with each other.

The Senior Management Program is currently available in Germany and Spain, and covers a broad range of management topics (e.g. financing, strategy, marketing and sales, process engineering, innovation).

The Leadership Program consists of three modules designed to support participants in their managerial roles. This program is currently being offered in Germany, France, Spain, the UK, the U.S. and China.

The program Managing People, Strategy and Change consists of four modules designed to support participants in management topics like leadership, change management and strategy and is currently being offered in Germany.
