Bertelsmann University Team
As a virtual university Bertelsmann University has no campus and does not employ its own teaching staff. Instead, the University is administrated by a small development and organizational and team with eight permanent staff members. Almost every team member is located in the Bertelsmann Corporate Center in Gütersloh, from where the over 40 annual University events are organized in collaboration with external partners.
Since spring 2006, the University has been lead by Christine Scheffler, Bertelsmann AG Vice President and Managing Director of Bertelsmann University. The University team is composed of program directors responsible for content development, communication with partners and stakeholders. Additionally, there are program administrators who organize and administer the diverse events.
