Stress is normal, but how we deal with it makes the difference. Every job has its own stressors, from the work environment to social relationships. But don't worry, there are ways to deal with it!
If the stress becomes too much, it can have negative effects on our health and work. In the short term, stress can lead to various symptoms, but in the long term it can lead to serious health problems. So how do we deal with this? One way is to strengthen our resilience - our mental toughness. Resilient people can survive crises and even emerge stronger from them.
