Coming Up: Several Trainings about Mental Health

 

In October, the mental health initiative "Mental Health in Focus" has taken place across the Group, as the World Health Organization (WHO) has designated October 10th as this day.
This year, Bertelsmann is once again offering a variety of offers for all Bertelsmann employees to shed light on this topic. We would like to introduce to you two upcoming trainings that you shouldn't miss!

Nedra Glover Tawwab will speak about her book “Setting Boundaries, Find Peace” and provide insights into her work as a psychologist in a one-hour webinar on November 28th.To participate, all you have to do is fill out the form.

Key Highlights:

Stress is normal, but how we deal with it makes the difference. Every job has its own stressors, from the work environment to social relationships. But don't worry, there are ways to deal with it!
If the stress becomes too much, it can have negative effects on our health and work. In the short term, stress can lead to various symptoms, but in the long term it can lead to serious health problems. So how do we deal with this? One way is to strengthen our resilience - our mental toughness. Resilient people can survive crises and even emerge stronger from them.
