  • Get into the tactics of defining goals in a way that creates clarity and flexibility

Session 4: Practicing a New Approach: Even Over Statements

  • Get into the tactics of defining goals in a way that creates clarity and flexibility

Session 5: Exploring “Decision Making & Authority”

  • Key shifts (e.g. clearer process and guardrails leads to more flexibility and collaboration, not less)
