This course guides you through how agentic AI works, how AI agents can support business tasks and workflows, and what opportunities, risks, and governance requirements need to be considered when using them.

  • Understand the differences between generative AI and agentic AI.
  • Identify the core components of agentic AI systems, including reasoning, planning, task decomposition, and tool use.
  • Evaluate potential applications of agentic AI in business and identify suitable tasks and workflows.
  • Recognize where human judgment and oversight should remain central.
  • Understand key risks, limitations, and governance requirements, including hallucinations, bias, data exposure, and prompt injection.
