During the annual Performance & Development dialogs, employees receive feedback from their managers on their performance and behavior during the past appraisal year. Expansion of Digital Language Training 

Besides “Personal Online Language Training” with real language instructors in virtual sessions, we now also offer the possibility to refresh or even learn new English skills for professional contexts using interactive e-learning through an app.

The “ONE Professional” business English e-tutorial combines the advantages of flexible online learning with those of a face-to-face course, as course participants are assigned a personal learning specialist with whom they work to achieve their individual goals.

Tech & Data – AI Curriculum Available From March 

The past few months have seen a significant increase in the pace of necessary technologization due to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. Digital business models are driven in particular by technologies such as cloud, data and artificial intelligence. It is therefore essential that employees continuously develop and expand their skills and knowledge in these areas so as to be well positioned for the working world of the future. For this reason, Bertelsmann University already offers data and cloud curricula. From the beginning of March, the new Bertelsmann AI Curriculum will be added, rounding off the portfolio in the area of Tech & Data.
