Providing science-based inspiration and tools for practical application to work on self-efficacy and achieving individual learning goals.

Boost your [Learning] Goal
Focus
Follow up on your individual learning goal by working on Growth Mindset, Self-Leadership and Learnability.
Prerequisite
You should bring your own individual learning goal or a specific plan to study for in a project (as preparation) - both is possible. The program is intended to help you apply your knowledge while learning. It will not help you to solve your specific topic, but should help you to question or adapt your approach in parallel.
Duration & Intensity
The goal track takes overall 4-months, but the first 6 weeks in particular will be an intense bootcamp.
- Overall you will meet 5x in 1.5h virtual live modules to get new insights and discuss about your thought and progress. Please note, that four out of five modules will take place in May and June. The aim is to give you in a short time a lot of input, that you can than try and exercise over the summer time. You can follow up on these topics self-directed or together with your learning group.
- In addition you should schedule 3-6x1h facilitated learning groups. You will organize the learning groups yourself, but we will allocate you into groups. For these learning groups you will find a guideline in your workbooks. This guideline will be splitted into 6 sessions: 3 to dive deeper into our topics Growth Mindset, Self-Leadership and Learnability and 3 additional topics to exchange about the progress of your learning project. This way you can discuss open questions in smaller groups to get ready to discuss about your "homework" in the following module.
- Speaking of "homework": After each module we will unlock a new online module in our program's participants access. You should schedule about ~ 45-60 minutes per week to work on those modules and your workbook exercises. We expect you to watch the content between the modules but you can choose whether you go through the exercises yourself or not. You can decide best, which tool or template fits your needs.

The program takes place from May 10 – August 30, 2023. It will be 100% virtual and you will have plenty of time between the different modules.

Boost your [Learning] Mindset & Behavior
Focus
Self-management and promoting lasting behavioral and mindset change - just as intense, but not as condensed
Duration & Intensity
The mindset and behavior track takes overall 9-months.
- You will meet 8x in 1.5h virtual live modules to get new insights, exchange and discuss about your thought and progress. Except in May there will be maximum one Module each month. The aim is to give you enough space in between the modules to exercise and test your new strategies.
- In addition you should schedule 6 x1h facilitated learning groups. The group will be schedules around 1-2 weeks prior the next virtual module. This way you can discuss open questions in smaller groups to get ready to discuss about your "homework" in the following module.
- Speaking of "homework": After each module we will unlock a new online module in our program's participants access. You should schedule about ~ 15 minutes per week to work on those modules and your learning journal. We expect you to watch the content between the modules but you can choose whether you go through the exercises yourself or not. You can decide best, which tool or template fits your needs.
