Selecting the Best Suitable Training in 4 Steps

Step 1 | Assess Your Current Skills and Identify Gaps

  • Start by evaluating your current digital skills. Identify areas of the above where you feel confident and areas where you need improvement.
  • Use self-assessment tools or feedback from your supervisor to pinpoint these gaps.

Step 2 | Set Your Learning Goals

  • Determine which of the 4 core digital skills you want to focus on: HR Systems, Data Literacy & People Analytics, Data Visualization, or Generative AI. 
  • Which ones are currently most important for your organization? Which ones are currently most important for your team? Which ones are currently most important and interesting for you?
  • Based on your assessment, set clear and achievable learning goals. Write them down and share them with your supervisor for alignment.

Step 3 | Determine Your Budget

  • Assess your available budget for learning and development in these HR critical fields in your HR department. 
  • Understanding your budget constraints will help you narrow down your options and select the most suitable providers.
