In a work environment that is changing faster than ever, the ability to learn has become essential. New technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), increasing cost pressures, and evolving roles challenge us every day – not only in terms of skills, but also mentally and emotionally. Mastering new tools and building new capabilities is often part of the task. Equally important is how employees and leaders manage change internally. This is the focus of the “Your Growth Booster” learning program. Registration is now open, with 15 places reserved for BENET readers.
Growth starts from within
“Your Growth Booster” helps employees and leaders strengthen their capacity to learn – meaning their mindset and adaptability. These are the abilities that keep people effective in a constantly changing environment. The program centers on the human side of transformation: mindset, self-reflection, and behavioral change.
The courses explore topics such as:
- Learning vs. performing
- Motivation and values
- Goals and circles of influence
- Habits
- Self-compassion and the “growth mindset”
The program combines virtual, interactive sessions with small learning groups on Microsoft Teams, and includes a personal journal with tools and methods.
AI as a personal ‘growth agent’
This year marks the first time “Your Growth Booster” incorporates artificial intelligence. Participants learn how to use AI to support their personal development – for example, by creating prompts that encourage self-reflection. In this way, AI becomes a “personal growth agent,” helping broaden perspectives and challenge familiar thinking patterns. Participants also learn how to apply these insights to day-to-day tasks and prompts, making learning part of their regular workflow.
The “Growth Booster” complements the current “Bertelsmann Scholarship Program,” which for the first time includes a focus on “human-centric skills” (see BENET report), and adds further capabilities such as personal resilience and adaptability.
Participation and key details
- In addition to already allocated places, open registration is available – but demand is high, and the program has had a long waitlist for several years. Fifteen places are available for BENET readers. To register, click the first link below.
- “Your Growth Booster” is free of charge for all employees but requires a significant time investment of roughly 25 hours over ten months.
- The program is open to anyone interested in exploring self-reflection and behavioral development more deeply.
- The program is structured into eight virtual modules, three guided learning groups and self-directed exercises.
- Registration is open until January 16, 2026.
- The program begins on March 11 and runs through November 4, 2026.
